Here are some Jon Klusmire photos from the Silver Spike Dedication ceremony on the 3rd of July. All went great and the 200 plus people that attended had a great time. Thank you to everyone that made it possible and who have supported us. Additional photos and video will be posted soon.

Needless to say we have a lot of work still to go to finish our exhibit and to clean up the site at Dehy Park but having a successful event like this behind us is a huge step forward.

Also remember that tickets are on sale here for the September Laws RR museum “Slim Princess Reunion” run. More information will be posted soon on the exact events.

The weather has finally turned in our favor and progress is underway on the engine house. The track was permanently installed in the concrete complete with a small pit and then the building began to go up! If all goes accordingly the building should be complete sometime in April. We are well on the way to moving the #18 into its new house!

Just a reminder that the official building dedication and first run of the #18 at the Eastern California Museum will be on July 3rd.
