The important dates to remember are August 24th – this is the ONLY public excursion with #18 to Silverton, and August 25-26th – This is a Silverton photo train offered jointly by Pete Lerro and the D&SNG. Tickets for both events are available by calling the D&SNG or on line! Don’t miss out on your last opportunity to see #18 on the Silverton branch.

Its here! The new book about the restoration. This 88 page book is available for $19.99 plus postage through the Eastern California Museum bookstore. It contains both color and black and white photos – including numerous previously unpublished historic photos – and tells the entire story of the #18 and its restoration. The proceeds support the #18 and the ECM!
