Tinemaha

The newest section of narrow gauge was the section that was relocated in 1927 as a result of the Tinemaha reservoir. Tinemaha is a Piute name that comes from their cultures “creation” stories. The railroad relocation brought the tracks to the west side of the Valley and resulted in two river crossings.
